We do NOT offer remote or take-away orthodontic solutions.

Who do we treat at DoctorDent

At DoctorDent, we help patients seeking specialist orthodontic care: adults, teens and kids who want clear aligners (mostly Spark) or Damon braces.We offer treatment to people who live in Budapest or can visit regularly.

If you’re only in Budapest for a short time or want a “quick fix” or “take-away aligners”, this service is NOT for you.

Do you also do general dental treatments?

No. We are a specialist orthodontic clinic.

We do not offer:

• Fillings
• Extractions
• Implants
• Emergency dental care
• Prosthetics

We focus 100% on orthodontics: braces and aligners. We also offer professional cleaning and tooth whitening.

Can you suggest a good dentist in Budapest?

Yes, but only after a personal consultation, based on your specific needs.

Can I get braces or aligners if I only visit Budapest once?

No. Orthodontic treatment requires regular follow-up visits every 6–8 weeks, and the process usually takes up to 1.5 years.

Without these visits, we cannot guarantee results or proper care.

If you’re here only for a short stay, we can:

• Offer a consultation
• Make a scan
• Give you a treatment plan (for use in your home country)
• Provide a second opinion

We do NOT offer “take-home” aligners or remote treatments.

Do you offer Invisalign or Spark aligners?

Yes. We offer both.

Most of our patients choose Spark because:

• It’s more affordable than Invisalign
• The quality is excellent
• It’s made by Ormco (Damon braces manufacturer)

How much does orthodontic treatment cost?

We do not send quotes based on photos, emails, or messages.

What’s included in the first visit?

After a physical examination, we discuss possible treatment options. A personalized written plan is provided only after impression and X-ray analysis (see the orthodontic treatment process). This includes potential solutions, estimated duration, and costs.

Do you offer free consultations?

No. The consultation has a fee. This covers all diagnostics needed to start treatment. There are no hidden charges.

Do I have to visit the clinic in person to start?

Yes. It is absolutely necessary.
We do NOT offer online consultation.

Do I have to visit the clinic during the treatment?

Yes. Typically, once in every 6-8 weeks, less frequently if you opt for Spark invisible aligners.

Orthodontics is a process that needs:

• Detailed in-person diagnosis
• Regular adjustments
• Close professional follow-up

We do not offer remote or take-away orthodontic solutions.

Do you speak English?

Yes, our orthodontists and staff speak fluent English. Dr. Balla also speaks Spanish.
